What this helps you do.

A recurring newsletter has reusable parts. Keeping approved sections intact gives you fewer new words to check.

A newsletter draft that is ready for your review in your own template library.

The workflow.

Test with non-confidential material. Resolve the permissions and provider settings before using client information.

  1. Start with the current template in your CRM. Mark the article slot and the approved sections that should stay unchanged.
  2. Pick an angle from material you own and can use. Do not show a content option unless there is source material behind it.
  3. Draft the new sections using rules measured from your own past newsletters. Check those rules after writing.
  4. Review recommendations, news links and any client reference. Remove identifying details and verify every claim against its source.
  5. Save the finished draft in your template library. Review it there and schedule it yourself. The draft workflow does not send the newsletter.

Keep a record of your decisions.

Write down the source material, approval step and destination before you connect the workflow. Revisit those choices when your process changes.
