What this website collects
Nothing. This site has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. It does not set cookies. It does not store anything in your browser.
The free tools
The calculators and writing tools run inside your own browser. What you type into them stays on your device and is never sent to Brightwood. Close the tab and it is gone. Some tools in this version of the site are turned off, and they say so when you open them.
The two things that are not ours
Two pages load something from another company, and those companies have their own privacy practices:
Calendly powers the booking page. If you book a call, the name, email and answers you give go to Calendly and then to Brightwood. Their privacy notice is at calendly.com/privacy.
Loom hosts the videos on some pages. Playing one tells Loom you watched it. Their privacy notice is at loom.com/privacy.
If you never book a call and never play a video, neither company hears from you.
Every contact link on this site opens your own email app. If you write to Brightwood, that email sits in a Gmail account owned by Brightwood. It is used to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. It is not sold, rented or added to any advertising list.
Client work is separate
This page covers the website only. Systems built and run for a paying client are governed by the written agreement with that client. Client data stays inside that client's own accounts and is never mixed with another client's.
Your choices
Because the site collects nothing, there is nothing here to download or delete. If you have emailed Brightwood and want that email deleted, ask and it will be. Depending on where you live you may have further rights over personal data. Email Cruz@brightwoodai.com and they will be honored.
Children
This site is for coaches and coaching businesses. It is not directed at children, and Brightwood does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
