How Brightwood uses AI

Brightwood builds AI systems for coaches, so it is fair to ask how AI is used here and in the work. This page answers that plainly.
On this website
The free tools use AI models to draft text. What you type goes to the model provider to produce the result, and Brightwood does not store it. Some tools in this version of the site are turned off, and they say so.
Which providers
Brightwood builds on models from Anthropic and OpenAI. Both are used through their business APIs, where submitted content is not used to train their models by default.
In client systems
Client systems use AI to draft and to summarize. They do not contact a client's customer on their own. Emails, summaries and reports are written as drafts, and a person approves them before they go anywhere. The coach stays in control of what leaves their name.
Client data
Each client runs on their own accounts with their own keys. One client's data is never mixed with another's, and it is never used to improve a system for a different client.
What AI does not do here
AI does not decide who Brightwood works with. It does not set prices. It does not send anything to a client's customers without a person approving it first. Where a page shows a result from a real system, the result is real, and a client is named only with written permission.
