What this helps you do.

A follow-up needs the right commitments and your voice. The review step is where you confirm both.

A draft workflow that keeps agreed actions tied to the session record.

The workflow.

Test with non-confidential material. Resolve the permissions and provider settings before using client information.

  1. Choose the approved transcript or notes that start the workflow. Confirm recording and data permissions first.
  2. Use your own approved emails to define the format and wording. Keep client details out of the style material.
  3. Extract the agreed actions and any stated deadlines. If the notes do not contain a deadline, leave it out.
  4. Save a draft in your usual workspace. Require your review before sending.
  5. Check the first outputs against the session notes. Adjust the workflow and keep the approved summary in the client record.

Keep a record of your decisions.

Write down the source material, approval step and destination before you connect the workflow. Revisit those choices when your process changes.
