What this helps you do.

Anonymity needs more than removing a name. A role, employer or specific event can identify someone too.

A review checklist for a LinkedIn draft or branded carousel.

The workflow.

Test with non-confidential material. Resolve the permissions and provider settings before using client information.

  1. Start with feedback you have permission to use, or write your own angle. Treat praise found in a transcript as material to review, not permission to publish.
  2. Remove names and company references. Search the finished draft for known identifying terms, then review the context yourself.
  3. Check every quote and number against the source. A graphic must not add a statistic that the post does not contain.
  4. For a carousel, keep one point per slide. Read only the highlighted phrases in order and check that they explain the idea.
  5. Review suggested edits beside the current draft. Approve the final version before placing it in your scheduler. Confirm the date before you schedule it.

Keep a record of your decisions.

Write down the source material, approval step and destination before you connect the workflow. Revisit those choices when your process changes.
