A list of repeated tasks, their inputs and the person who approves the result.

The workflow.

  1. List what happens before and after a session: prep, notes, follow-up, resources and client records. Count the time each task takes.
  2. Add the work outside sessions. Content drafts, newsletters, testimonial review and hours logs may belong on the same list.
  3. For each task, name the source material and the destination. Use the inbox, CRM, Drive or spreadsheet where you already work.
  4. Write down what needs your approval. Keep coaching judgment, client consent and publication decisions with the people responsible for them.
  5. Choose one repeated task with a result you can check. Test it before connecting another workflow.
