Typing a name suggests five matches at a time. A new client requires a separate confirmation.
Automatic call logging is your choice
Logging from a finished call is built and switched off in the current setup by choice. Call length can differ from coaching time. A prospect discovery call must not become a coaching-hours entry.
A log, with your existing formulas
The system writes into your format. Credential-level progress tracking is not part of this system.
